'Tis the Season

The season for what you ask... for bicycles, what else. It has finally arrived, the warm weather. I rode my bike yesterday to Trader Joe's (the grocery store). On Sunday I picked up my bike from the "shop" as it was getting a tune up and I had an odometer installed on it. Such bicycle fun. So it was exciting to ride it yesterday and know exactly how far and how fast I went. Wahoo.

I also got a much needed haircut this weekend. And as far as I can remember, it is the first time a haircut made me cry. Well, I suppose every female must experience this at least one time in her life. And my hair actually grows pretty fast. So in about 6 weeks, I will be ready for another haircut. Besides, three days later and its starting to grow on me.

Have you ever seen "Everybody Loves Raymond"? It rarely makes me laugh. Sometimes it makes me really mad... you know the wife seems pretty mean sometimes. And no husband could be quite that dumb. Anyway, last night I laughed really hard. It was the episode where they were both holding out to take the suitcase up the stairs... so great.
